The brief was to create a space that works well on a daily basis and still feels aligned with the kind of work the company does. We kept the layout simple and used materials that can handle regular use. A few industrial touches were added but the idea was not to overdo it and keep the space balanced. The space was planned to include open workstations, meeting rooms, leadership cabins, and collaborative areas, ensuring seamless workflow and team interaction. 

A major part of the project was working within the building’s guidelines. Since it’s managed by CBRE, approvals were needed at different stages, whether it was drawings, materials coming in or site work. This meant a lot of coordination and planning things in advance. We stayed in touch with the building team throughout and aligned the work accordingly so things didn’t get held up. The project was completed on time and within budget. The final space is practical, well planned and suited to the company’s day to day operations.
