About Hub & Oak

Hub and Oak is a workspace solutions firm that delivers end to end office interior and fit out services for startups, growing businesses and established organisations. We design and build workspaces that are practical, efficient and aligned with how teams actually work every day. Our approach combines design intelligence, technical execution and disciplined project management to deliver reliable outcomes.

Hub and Oak was founded by Srishti Dhir, an alumna of London Business School, after identifying a critical gap in the turnkey office interior sector in India. While architects and designers often create high quality concepts, on ground execution is frequently fragmented and dependent on multiple local contractors, leading to inconsistency, delays and lack of accountability.

To solve this, Hub and Oak built an integrated in house team of designers, project managers, civil engineers, procurement managers and site managers. This structure ensures that every project is planned, coordinated, and executed through a single accountable system, making the office build journey smoother and more transparent for clients.
