Hub and Oak delivered a 10,000 sq ft office for a law firm in Jangpura, New Delhi, where we handled the project end to end as the design and turnkey partner across the entire building, including the exterior. The overall approach was to keep things clean and balanced. We combined subtle classic elements with a more modern layout, using muted tones and controlled detailing so the space feels calm and credible. The exterior was also designed as part of the project to give the firm a distinct identity, rather than making it look like a typical office building, while still staying consistent with the interiors.
Since the office is spread across multiple floors, the planning focused heavily on zoning. Partner cabins, team areas, meeting rooms and client spaces were placed in a way that maintains privacy but still allows smooth movement across the office.
