With formal training in management from London Business School and an education from the University of Warwick, she combines strategic thinking and operational discipline in the way projects are structured and delivered. Before building the Hub and Oak Interiors, she worked closely across real estate, workplace strategy, and project advisory, which gave her direct insight into recurring failures in cost control, contractor coordination, and site accountability in commercial interior projects. She founded Hub and Oak Interiors to create a more reliable and system driven alternative to fragmented fit out execution models. Her leadership philosophy emphasises AI enabled planning, structured project management and data driven cost and scope control. She focuses on building standardised processes, vendor quality frameworks, and transparent client reporting  systems so that every project outcome is predictable and measurable. Her vision is to professionalise turnkey office interior delivery in India and make high quality workspace creation simpler, faster and more accountable for growing businesses.
